Fault on iPhone with Sytitrail Netherlands

Dear Forum Geolives,
I have a problem. Yesterday fell during navigation when walking my SytiTrailkaart (Netherlands) off. Nothing is visible only to the card, a blank white screen. How SytiTrail Nedeland reinstall it on my iPhone 5?

Hello.

Can you please send us a screen capture of this problem to the address help@geolives.com ?

Can you please also try to uninstall and reinstall the application from the AppStore (after backing up trails to the server if they haven't been sent to the server yet)?
