Hi,

NL App is still "in review" by Apple we're currently waiting for the availability on the App Store.

I bought three weeks ago the maps of the Netherlands, but have not been able to use the maps. which is unfortunate. It is still not clear when the app comes?????

The application has been rejected by Apple because of a little administrative problem, this problem has just been resolved and the application will be submitted again tomorrow, it should be available on the AppStore next week (however, it still depends on Apple validation).

I bought "The maps SityTrail Netherlands (Pays-Bas) 1 year" for iPhone a month ago and paid € 14.95 but can not yet download it? Is not yet in the App Store!!!!!!

I want my money back or i do agree that you extend my subscription to one year after the real release date of the application.

As explained by e-mail, the application has been submitted again to Apple. If Apple validates it, it should be available on the AppStore before the end of this week, or at least before 15th August.

As soon as it is available, we will extend your subscription to one year after the real release date of the application.

Hello.

Unfortunately, the application has been rejected again by Apple because of a new rule which has been added for In App Purchases of voices for voice synthesis.

According to Apple, we have to add a function which recovers automatically all the purchased voices thanks to the Apple account of the customer.

As soon as this function is developed, we will submit the application again, it should be available on the AppStore before the end of the month.

In the meantime, if you want us to refund you, we will do it without any problem.
