unable to login

I constantly get an error when I try to login, unknown username or password. I already tried to insert my email and request my password, I receive an email with my username and password but it doesn't work. Can you advise what to do?

The problem came from a special character in your password.

We have removed this special character and we have sent your new password by e-mail.
